Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days. Direct Value Dispense ships via Fedex, UPS, and USPS.  Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.  Delays should be expected due to adverse weather events and COVID.

Orders placed before 11am CST will normally ship the same day. 

Orders placed after 11am CST will normally ship on the next business day.

Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address we have on file once the order is fullfilled (Please check your spam folder). If tracking information is needed, please message us through www.directvaluedispense.com or email us through the "contact us" page.

Changes to your shipping address: If changes need to be made to a shipping address after an order has been placed and the order has not been shipped, Direct Value Dispense will be happy to make the corrections at no additional charge. If an order has been shipped, Direct Value Dispense can possibly intercept and re-route the package for a cost of $17.00 per package (shipped through UPS only).
